Q: Is there a fee for your services? 
A: There is no fee for you. However, there is a fee which is paid by the employer once you are hired.

Q: If I send you my resume, who will see it, and can I keep my inquiry confidential?
A: Tobin & Associates will contact you every time before we submit your resume and name for any position. You may give us permission to submit to certain organizations without calling you.

Q: Will anyone contact my current employer? 
A: We will not contact your current employer unless you give us your permission prior to a final reference check.

Q: What if I don’t have a resume or it’s out of date?
A: We will be happy to help you develop a resume or update an old one. The process is fast, simple and free.

Q: Will you help me negotiate my salary and benefits?
A: As part of our service to you and the employer, we discuss the pay structure and benefits and negotiate until everything is acceptable and beneficial to you.

Q: What if I live out of state? 
A: Many companies offer relocation assistance. We offer guidance and directions to regulatory web sites to assist you with a specific state licensure.
